今日の更新はモルデカイ、或いはモーデカイ【Mordecai、ヘブライ語でMordechai】シリーズの資料画像です。
敢えて主役の夫妻は省いて、それ以外の主要登場人物に留めてあります。

米国やカナダ連邦では、この巻のジョナサンの行動で彼を嫌いになった女性ファンも多いと聞きます。
　
この演出は確かにファンにとって賛否両論でした。


けれども、私個人としては、日本版のモスピーダでは観られなかった彼の一面の表現としてはこういうのも人間性の一面であるからこそ、悪い意味でのアメコミ的ペーパーヒーローにみられる、薄っぺらい男性像に陥らずにキャラクター像を描けたと考えてます。　
　
センチネル編の企画自体は、異星人の描写があまりにも人間臭く擬人化しすぎていて演出には共感は持てませんが、私個人としては、ジョナサンの性格や行動の描写自体は評価しています。

あれから２０年も過ぎているのですから、今の技術と絵柄と設定の練り直しをしてリメイクすれば結構良い作品になるとは思いますが当時のままでは、今の日本はもちろん、米国、カナダでも通用しないでしょう。

１：本国で史書「三国志」（物語世界の想定上の現実の歴史：A）を基に
B:「三国志演義」【＝初代テレビシリーズ「超時空要塞マクロス」】が製作されました。

２：言語の異なる他国では、その【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】を基本に作品展開上の事情から、設定に幾分の共通部分を持つ同国作品を共通基盤として登場人物の名称や設定を入れ替えたり、独自設定を付加し「翻案」した" C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ "が製作されました。


３：本国に於いて【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】
を執筆した原作者及び制作者、出資者の間で「誰がいったい　「B」を製作したのか？」という点を巡って、法律的争いが発生しました。

４；裁判官は、このように判断しました。

Ａ：関連商品を販売したり、映像（小説など出版物を含む）を頒布する権利について、その【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】の作品本体については、"Tatsunoko"が権利を持つ。
しかし、登場人物（キャラクター・メカ）のデザインには独自性が認められるので、"Studio Nue"が権利を持つ。

Ｂ：このため、"Tatsunoko"は【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】そのものについては「処分権」を持つものの、同作品の登場人物（キャラクター・メカ）を使用した続編や派生作品を、国内で製作することが出来ない。

Ｃ；一方"Studio Nue"の考案物、或いは同スタジオの商標権を有する、"Studio Nue"のデザインを使用した【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】の続編・派生作品「マクロス・シリーズ」については、"BIG-WEST"”社が著作権利者から許諾を得て作品を製作しているので、同社が権利を持つ。

さて、ここまでは国内の話です。

【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】は、その作品（フィルム）については処分権を持つとされた、"Tatsunoko"が、他の派生作品2作品を付加して他国に権利放棄の形で売却してしまいました。

1985年Ａ国の少年少女達は、三国志演義＋２作品を含めて翻案された
【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】という作品で原体験を迎えました。

本国の人たちは、まさか【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】が、言葉の異なる国で、さらに、他の２作品を加えて【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】になっているなど、知るはずもありません。

もちろん、輸入翻案先の国でも、懸命に古典中国語（日本語）を勉強して、【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】のみを評価し、自国の作品を認めない人もいます。

それは一面で真実であり、翻案作品には必ずつきまとう問題です。

しかし【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】と、【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】の「どちらが優れているのか」を論じるのは無意味です。

両者は設定の一部を共有し、また登場人物もかなりの部分で共有していますが、曹操・孫権・劉備・諸葛 亮（諸孔明）の人物像はそれぞれ異なります。

また、中国（日本）の人々が、日本（米国）の、、【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】のファンを捕まえて、

君たちの国の作品、、【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】は、偽物だ、自分たちの国の作品こそ本物なのだから、わが国（中国→日本）の【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】のみを認めて崇拝しなさい。

という態度も正しくないのがお解かりでしょう。

しかし、その一方で、自国の英雄たちが肌も露（あらわ）な美（？）少女となって格闘をする【D.「一騎当千」(Battle Vixens　/　Ikkitōsen")】、つまりその他の設定無視のファン作品については、今度は翻案元が「この作品は【B:「三国志演義」初代テレビシリーズ　超時空要塞マクロス】の設定だけを借りた、全く別の作品なのだから、笑って許してよ？」いわれても、心情的には認めたくないし、オリジナル作品との連続性を殆ど残さない以上、本国の人々の感情は理解できるかと思います。


翻案物の本質と宿命を端的に例示で表現してみましたが、まずは本国（例えでは中国→ここでは日本国）の皆さんも日本語で書かれた【C.横山光輝 氏の漫画版「三国志 」: ロボテック・シリーズ】を知ってもらってから、批判なり、評価してもらうことが必要なのではないかと考えました。

ともすれば、英語に偏りがちな読みになりがちのを、敢えて【五十音】にこだわったのは、【一見さん】がふらっと来訪された際のプラットフォームとしての日本語の読みで普通に拾い読み出来る索引にこだわったからです。

また、『ロボテック・クロニクル』は単なる加除更新可能なウェブ百科辞典【ウィキペディア】ではなく、読者によるファンアートや自作３ＤＣＧ＆模型＆フィギア画像はもちろん、一定の記事作成能力がある方なら【ライブドア・ＩＤ】を取得して頂く事で記事本体はもちろん、ＣＳＳや各種タグの知識を活かして、有能な寄稿者の方にも参加戴ける『ウェブ総合雑誌』及び日本国内に於ける『公式サイト』に準拠するものとして、記事の読み物としての品質も欠かせません。

日本国の原典『超時空要塞マクロス』では、【早瀬未沙】艦長、夫の【一条輝】飛行隊長、そして往年の人気歌手【リン・ミンメイ】達は、恒星系間殖民船【SDF-2 メガロード】に乗船したまま、銀河系中心付近で消息が途絶えたとされています。

直接の原因は「S型中性子・超時空・戦略核ミサイル」("Neutron S Type Super Dimensional Strategic Nuclear Missile"）の実地試験に伴う想定外の暴走事故ですが、【影の技術】と呼ばれるこれらの技術提供元の有効同盟を結んだ異星種族【ハイドニット】("Haydonites")の隠された真意は何処にあるのか？

90年代後半に熱心なファンが同人誌や自作サイト等で、日本版の可変戦闘機（"The Variable fighter"）の略号"VF"に由来しながらも、翻案された他の２作品、『超時空騎団サザンクロス』・『機甲創世記モスピーダ』に登場する可変装甲戦闘車両や、可変オートバイ（Motorcycle）等、翼及び継続飛行能力を持たない可変車輌にも呼称出来るように腐心して後付けで考案された『バクロニム』（英：backronym またはbacronym）による元々頭字語（アクロニムまたはイニシャリズム）ではない言葉の各文字をとって新たに頭字語とした定義付けが、後に公式設定とされたものである。

このように、ファンによる世界観の構築が今も絶えず為されている『活きている』シリーズ作品であることは、日本国に於ける機動戦士ガンダムシリーズの普及状況に通じるところがある。
